I would like to wholeheartedly recommend Dr Michael Craig who’s role as psychiatrist was instrumental in my recovery from almost a lifetime of crippling anxiety, confusion and depression Having met more than a handful of professionals in this field I found immediate reassurance in his warm personable approach which is so very often and unhelpfully lacking. Dr Craig is extremely accommodating and is unique in that he can be contacted day and night, seven days a week. He is the only doctor I’ve ever encountered who returns calls. His empathy cannot be underrated. What really set Dr. Craig apart for me was his almost immediate ability to see into the many ways my mind operated. His uncanny intuition were uniquely paramount in uncovering where the roots of my illness lay and how my recovery could begin. This, together with outstanding aftercare and sensitive attention to detail, has restored my trust in the psychiatric profession and restored my life. I simply cannot recommend this doctor enough.

Dr Craig’s work at the forefront of research at Kings College is greatly additive to his work in private practice. In my experience, he was able to employ a range of both novel and conventional pharmacological approaches to great effect - as part of a comprehensive treatment plan. Dr Craig has been utterly invaluable in charting my course to recovery. Dr Craig is able to be compassionate and understanding, while remaining collected and professional. He worked to organise my care in collaboration with a Chartered Psychologist and his treatment plan has proved extremely effective.

Meh. That's the only reaction I can muster from dealing with Dr Craig. Came in for a Saturday morning assessment because he canceled my appointment during the week, went through the standard questionnaire process and tried to narrow down my condition. During the questionnaire, he kept cutting off my responses (which were 5-20 seconds each) and playing with his phone. I was told I would receive a set of forms that should be filled out and returned, which never came. I then received an email invoice approximately 2 weeks later to pay for the visit. Don't listen to the hype. Does that sound like someone you want to deal with?

Dr. Craig is an excellent psychiatrist who strikes the right balance between building empathy and being professionally boundaried. I have always felt that he wants the best for me and listens to my concerns and worries. He is open-minded to a range of options for treatment that complement traditional medicine, is personable and friendly, warm and supportive. I have been under his care for seven years and do not know where I would be in my life without him.

Dr Craig has been excellent in treating my depression. Although I have treatment resistant depression, Dr Craig has been instrumental in helping me manage my illness. He is constantly thinking about various treatment options to improve my quality of life and to cure and alleviate my depression. I have seen significant improvement in my condition, thanks to his excellent care. He is compassionate, caring, meticulous and very intelligent. He is also an excellent listener. He takes time to listen and analyse your symptoms in order to identify promising treatment options. He never rushes you, and always offers genuine support. I trust Dr Craig unequivocally, and I would not hesitant to recommend him; his care has contributed immensely to my quality of life.
